EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT!?? This month we are introducing our Director of RCM, Ivanna Tolley! Get to know Ivanna… “I am an RCM professional with over five years of experience in the behavioral health field. After graduating from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, I started my career as a Registered Behavior Technician where I fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis. I took that love for ABA, and combined it with my administrative skills to become an eager and passionate behavioral health RCM professional. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, scrapbooking, and find joy in using creativity for personal expression!” From her team… “Ivanna is the star behind the scenes at Willow. She is a ray of sunshine with nothing but positive energy that helps to create an amazing work environment. What a bootiful week!! ?? So many creative trunks, lots of candy, and spooky fun was had! Our Littleton clinic had a blast with our kiddos at our annual trunk or treat. We are so grateful for our amazing team that made this happen. Thank you to everyone who joined us and we can’t wait to see the awesome trunks next year! We hope you have the best weekend following this wonderful Halloween week! ??

What a spooooky night our Lenexa team had during our annual Trunk or Treat! It’s a bootiful sight to see everyone’s unique design in each decorated trunk. From Minecraft ??, to Mario ??, to underwater ??, there was no shortage of creativity in this crew! Thank you to everyone who made this wonderful night happen. ?? ??Employee Spotlight! ?? This month we are introducing one of our Wilmington RBTs, Gracie! Get to know Gracie…”I am a junior at UNCW and am planning on continuing to get my masters in ABA. I have always wanted to work with kids with special needs and the second I stepped foot in Willow I realized exactly what I want to do with my life. I fell in love with ABA the second I first started working under Katie. Working with these kids is so rewarding and is truly my passion. Katie has taught me so much in my time here and I aspire to be like her when I become a BCBA.” From her team… Gracie shows up for her clients everyday, and it is truly special seeing the relationships that she has formed with each of her clients!?She?is always looking for ways to learn and grow to become a better RBT,?is an exceptional team member, and?is always ready to jump in and help out where she can. HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY WILLOW!!?? These past 4 years have been incredible thanks to the amazing clients and staff we work with every day. We have accomplished so much together, and can’t wait to see what our future holds! Each Willow clinic threw their own celebration, though it felt like we were all together with such a strong Willow ?vibe? in the air. We are so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team! ????
