WE'RE HIRING! We're looking for reliable, beginning level, craftsmen/craftswomen that can work on a variety of projects with the utmost attention to detail in a timely manner. We desire applicants who consider themselves to process a growth mindset, are hardworking, and reliable. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for cleanliness and can accommodate unique demolition/job site requirements from clients. The purpose of this role is to create an environment of growth in our company. We hope this role is a stepping stone to next levels in the construction industry and ideally Williamsburg. While performing the duties delegated by the Field Coordinator, there will be opportunities to train with our skilled carpenters, on site and in our regular trainings. The role hopes to be a step towards Carpenter, Project Manager, Super, or any other aim inside the industry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety: - Take Direction from Construction Manager and Crew Lead - Ensure job sites are safe and following code enforcements - Seek to take necessary safety precautions of themselves and others Demolition: - Tear down and/or remove unsound structures / building elements - Remove standing aspects of a site for remodeling - Use power tools and tailer to complete tasks Maintenance: - Clear job sites of debris or used materials - Work with team members to clear needed materials - Maintain a professional manner fitting a representative of WHS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED Certification Required - Ability to Climb Ladders - Ability to Carry Heavy Equipment - Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time - Outstanding Physical Dexterity - Attention to Detail - Excellent Communication Skills - Good Customer Service Skills (when assisting clients in seeing out requests) - Strong Ability to Follow Directions. BENEFITS: - $16-$22/Hr Base Pay (based on knowledge/experience) - Eligible for enrollment in group health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) after 60 days - Eligible for enrollment in company 401k plan and 1-week paid vacation / 5 - Sick days after one year of full-time employment - Job Type: Full-time - Salary: $16 - $22 per hour - Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Schedule: Monday - Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations To apply, please email your resume to [email protected]

Not only is he a seasoned professional, but he also serves as the board chair for the local non-profit Music Export Memphis, showing his commitment to both his career and community. Meet Carter Mackie, one of our newest Project Managers. Carter grew up in North Carolina and received a degree from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks ?????). His passion for construction began in high school and has continued to grow ever since. He's been an essential part of our team since January, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to every project. Outside of work, Carter cherishes family time with his wife Rachel and their adorable one-year-old daughter.

Meet Williamsburg team member, Dalton Grozier, Field Coordinator. Dalton has been with Williamsburg since 2022, but was recently promoted to Field Coordinator. With 5+ years of industry experience under his belt and a Memphis upbringing, Dalton brings a unique blend of expertise and Southern charm to our team. Dalton is married to his lovely wife Brianna and have two kids – a 5-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son, along with three dogs – keeping their lives full of joy and adventure! Outdoor enthusiasts at heart, the Grozier family thrives on exploration and adventure. Whether its camping, hiking, canoeing, or all things in between, they're all about the great outdoors and creating memories together.
