Lake Michigan College wanted to redesign their website to add personality and showcase the unique student experience of a university feel within a close-knit community. We took on the challenge of visually refreshing the site, and added strategically shifting calls-to-action and navigation on the homepage depending on the audience visiting — whether prospective or current students.

Meet Bwana Clements, MSW! He is an Indianapolis native who graduated from both Arsenal Tech High School and Ball State University. Today, he serves as both Director of Morningstar African-Centered Wellness Center and Director of the Race and Culture Relations Leadership Network (GIPC). A lot of his work is rooted in relationships and listening. Whether he’s giving a keynote address or leading a one-on-one coaching session, he takes the time to listen, to understand context, feelings, and barriers. This approach has led to success. His hope for Indianapolis is that it will make a serious and sustained investment in youth spaces throughout the city where youth can go to participate in activities and exposure opportunities that have potential to change the direction of their lives.
