Wilks Development is pleased to announce the promotion of Brittany Hardin to President of Fivestone Management! For over a decade, Brittany has been an integral part of the Wilks Development team, advancing from a multifamily property manager to an executive role. She consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, dedication, and an unparalled work ethic. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of our company's mission have made her a driving force behind our success. As President, Brittany will continue to oversee a team of over 50 employees across multiple cities and manage more than 1.4 million square feet of commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial space, as well as two multifamily properties. Congratulations, Brittany! ??

Exciting developments are underway at Firefly Park as we continue making strides in infrastructure and utility work.? ? Here’s the latest on our horizontal construction progress:? ? Water & Utility Work? - Moss Utilities finishing last pond outfall in the storm center to ensure proper drainage, and waterflow management across the site. - We’ve completed backfilling the last culvert for our tributary.? - Moss crews are beginning first steps of water line testing. - Once utility testing is completed, lime/paving will soon follow.? ? Underground Power Installation? - Crews working on the last 1200 feet of ductbank ? With each passing week, Firefly Park moves closer to becoming a fully realized destination.
