He has recruited for Frontier, Inspur, Platinum Data Solutions, and The Employee Connect. He is equally skilled at high volume, contingent assignments and permanent placement executive roles. Throughout his career, Rudy has touched many industries and their subsets, typically corporations with scattered sites and cross-functional teams. Tonjerrika Westmoreland TJ has dedicated her career to advancing employment opportunities for others. She is a hands-on professional who places enormous importance on onboarding and retention. The purpose of the acquisition is to reduce redundancy and streamline services while also enhancing GJC’s ability to support its Partners with a greater field presence. “The acquisition does not change our core business model,” said Katie Perez, President and CEO of GJC. “The consolidation is primarily symbolic and functional.” It emboldens an existing shift in management whereby GJC continues to invest in strengthening Business Partnerships while WSA oversees the firms’ operations.
