Currently, he’s board chairman of the Montana Trails Coalition and the American Motorcyclist Association and president of the Montana Trail Vehicle Riders Association and the Great Falls Trailbike Riders Association. Russ also served as executive director of the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council for nearly 20 years and has managed Willo Ranch near Cascade since 2017. Dr. Doyle's scholarship on Montana’s ancient Intertribal spaces and culture sheds light on the region's true legacy – a place of strong spiritual medicine where the waters and the winds, as well as the mountains and the prairies, were shared and stewarded for the benefit of all.
