Are you struggling with glute activation? Check out this video to learn some specific strategies from Dr. Troy at WildHawk Physical Therapy. You can focus on a band around your thighs, and doing a corkscrew motion with your feet, but don't actually rotate the legs. You'll feel right away in the buttock area some glute activation! You can also do these when you squat as well for some targeted glute strengthening. We are so proud of our team and what we are building at WildHawk Physical Therapy! We had such a huge win to share: So I'm convinced we have one of the best teams at our clinic. We have some awesome therapists. We're continuing to grow and it's really an awesome team, awesome family. It's been so, so rewarding to watch our clinicians grow and thrive and and really be very, very successful. But tonight was cool. I was at the gym and I got stopped. Not because anybody wanted to come talk to me, but they wanted to let me know that they were seen by one of the clinicians inside WildHawk and had a phenomenal experience, had 12 years of previous ankle pain and got that tidied up and was able to run a race out in the West Coast of the US and did very well. It was just a really, really cool experience getting random feedback from somebody that I recognized from the clinic but but otherwise didn't have to come say anything to me. For that person to, you know, make it feel necessary to come pull me aside and give me that feedback about one of our clinicians was just awesome.
