Congratulations to the 2024 Wild Gift Fellows for completing 16-days in the wilderness! The Wild Gift trek is an opportunity for founders of social impact organizations to push through physical and mental challenges while building confidence, leadership skills, and clarifying their venture's strategy and impact.?This year brought added obstacles: a forced evacuation and reroute due to a wildfire near Stanley, ID, a fellow falling ill, and my own back injury, which made it difficult to fully support our small team. In order to make the trek possible this year, the WG team and Fellows needed to be?adaptable, resourceful, and persistent—all essential qualities for entrepreneurs!! And we did it! After 16 days in the backcountry, exploring a new route in the Pioneer mountains,?Fellows and Guides returned to Ketchum wearing dirty clothes and exhausted smiles, inspired by their time in the wilderness.
