Track, train, fuel and recover. Our app helps women #GetWild everyday.

关于我们

We are inevitable. Sports. Female Sports. Health. Female Health. Tech. Female Tech. It means the rest is not "for everyone". It's for men. Tech = Men Tech. Wild.AI is changing that. We've done the hard work. What is a woman. What does the body needs, when? Not only when she menstruates (hello Apple period tracker! ????), but also when she's in perimenopause. Uses one of the 149 contraceptives we cover. We translate our research into our app, helping women eat and train with their physiology. Coaches can see where their women are through the coach dashboard. And all health apps, wearables, can become "Tech" by using our Wild.AI Widget.

?? For?Wild.AI?founder?Helene Guillaume Pabis, the path to building a women’s health platform began with confronting her own internalized biases about women in sports.?Her investigation led her to build an app helping women optimize their exercise and health across various life stages, from menstrualtion to perimenopause. Through her platform and public voice, Guillaume continues to challenge assumptions about women’s capabilities, whether in sports, business, or technology. Her experience on LinkedIn and beyond demonstrates how authentic content creation, when approached strategically, can become a powerful tool for both personal brand building and business growth. ?? ?? "she's crazy" It's crazy that we know how to send people to the moon but we don't understand the female body.. that we say women are crazy hormonal and we think it's ok here are some amazing companies changing the status quo

It baffles me that we can send people to the moon, but we still don't *really* know how women's bodies work Throughout my life, I've seen how the lack of answers and education around women's health has impacted the people around me. And I know I'm not the only one. → Teenage girls not knowing what's happening to their bodies and being told to go on hormonal contraception without really knowing the impact → Women trying to conceive and being thrown into navigating the world of fertility and conditions like PCOS and Endometriosis → Women experiencing peri-menopause and menopause, and re-learning their body alongside lacking research → Older women developing Osteoporosis (brittle bones) and questioning if it was because they didn't take Hormone Replacement Therapy during menopause And then, there's people that experience pain and irregularities for years, only to be told they're overreacting or to "just see how it goes" Whether it's you, someone you love, someone you work with, or someone you don't know, women's health isn't just a women's issue. It affects everyone. I don’t have anywhere near all the answers, but here's 15 resources I've found over the years to help bridge the gap: ?? Books: → The Fifth Vital Sign: Lisa Hendrickson-Jack → Period Power: Maisie Hill? → Perimenopause Power: Maisie Hill? → The Female Factor: Dr Hazel Wallace (also a podcast) → Not just a period: Dr Hazel Wallace (released in May) ??Apps, Products and Services → The Lowdown - platform for women to review and research health conditions, symptoms and medications → Daye - products to understand and test vaginal health through screening → Hertility - tests to understand reproductive health. They also frequently post great research about menstrual health (particularly the impact in the workplace) → Wild.AI - understand how to train and exercise according to your cycle phase → Flo Health Inc. and Clue - cycle tracking and advice → Natural Cycles° - cycle tracking and natural contraception using temperature → Vira Health (Stella app) - Advice and treatment plans for menopause and peri-menopause → luna - app for teenage girls to get advice and break taboos about teen health → Diem - Social search engine to help women get answers - their mission is to close the gender data gap So, here’s my ask: If you’ve ever learned something about women’s health that you wish more people knew, please pop it in the comments. The more we talk about it, the better we all understand ?? -- P.s this is a slightly different post to what I usually write about, but I promised myself that if I ever had any kind of "audience" that I’d use it to open important conversations ?? Please considering reposting to share with others!

The 8 mysteries of Perimenopause no one told you (But that you should know): Perimenopause can feel like an unexpected boss battle, but guess what? You’ve got the cheat codes. Here’s how to manage those symptoms and stay on top of your game: ?? Mood Swing Mastery ? Hormone-friendly foods Load up on foods rich in phytoestrogens (like flaxseeds, soy, and chickpeas) to help balance mood swings. ? Mindfulness matters 5-minute meditation sessions can work wonders for emotional balance. ? Move your mood Regular exercise reduces cortisol (your stress hormone) and boosts those feel-good endorphins. ? Consider CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is proven to help manage mood changes tied to hormonal shifts. ?? Brain Fog Busters ? Sleep is your superpower Aim for 7-9 hours to help your brain process hormonal changes (have kids? well, either skip that one!! ;) Or put your partner with the kids and isolate yourself in a nice comfy bed in the attic. Works wonders). ? Choline-rich foods (think eggs and broccoli) support memory and cognitive function. ? Challenge your brain Try learning a new language, or picking up a new hobby to boost mental sharpness. ? Omega-3s FTW These fatty acids fight inflammation and support brain health (hello, salmon and walnuts!). ? Energy Power-Ups ? Balance your blood sugar Eat protein with every meal to avoid energy crashes. ? Adaptogens like ashwagandha or Rhodiola can help with fatigue and stress management. ? Consistent sleep schedule Yes, even on weekends. Your body craves routine during hormonal shifts. ? Caffeine timing strategy Avoid late-day caffeine to prevent disrupting your sleep cycles. I try no coffee post-2pm ?? Symptom-Specific Support ? Hot flashes? Try black cohosh or cooling breaths to ease the heat. ? Night sweats? Keep your room cool, and try moisture-wicking sheets. ? Weight changes? Strength training can help maintain muscle mass and manage metabolism shifts. Pro Tip: Your healthcare provider is your best ally: regular check-ins ensure you’re adapting to the changes like the powerhouse you are. You can bring your printed Wild.AI app report, or you can track your symptoms manually as well. Here's the manual tracking sheet for you: https://lnkd.in/dxk-e-K6 ?? Share to help another woman in perimenopause who need to read this! Follow Wild.AI to know all about the female body: because apparently it's not important for research ?? 7 shocking truths about perimenopause (that your doctor won't tell you): Your body is changing. But here's what will shock you: exercising HARDER might be exactly what you need. The standard advice gets it wrong. Most experts tell perimenopausal women to slow down and take it easy. Science shows the opposite. Want proof? 1. Sprint Training ? Your body responds better to sprints than men do. ? You'll produce more growth hormone and regulate insulin better. 2. Muscle Power ?You can lose 10% of muscle during perimenopause. ? But high-intensity training fights back. ? Your body needs the challenge. 3. Brain Boost ? Vigorous exercise enhances brain function during hormonal changes. ? Your memory and focus will thank you. 4. Bone Strength ? Your bones can lose 20% of their density. ? The solution? Load them up. ? Resistance training maintains bone mass. 5. Stress Response ? Think intense exercise increases stress? ? Your body adapts and grows stronger. And what to do? 6. Creatine Power ? The most researched supplement you're not taking. ? Boosts strength, fights brain fog, and may improve your mood. 7. Collagen Support ? Paired with resistance training, helps tissue recovery, reduces pain. ? Your joints will move better. The truth is clear: Your changing body craves intensity. Don't let outdated advice hold you back. Take control of your health. Challenge yourself. Push harder. ?? 2024 was a transformative year in fitness, wellness and healthcare.?In many ways, this year was a reset in a return normalcy. We returned back to travel, the office, and routines.?We put the pandemic in the rear view mirror and dropped our anxiety around large groups and other pandemic era behaviors. Pilates aside, most boutique offerings struggled to achieve pre-pandemic unit economics.?Most emerging brands have leaned into tech to differentiate themselves from other boutiques and big box offerings including Nike Training Studios, OrangeTheory Fitness and Strong Pilates. We are on the precipice of a healthcare evolution that has been catalyzed by AI and GLP-1.?The synergies between the two are only starting to be realized but they will have a profound impact our nation’s healthcare capabilities with the fitness industry as a leading partner.
