Walk through any grower’s organization and you’ll find an array of products: crop protection, machinery, fertilizer, and more. But all of these tools are will yield nothing without the most critical product — seed. In 2024, Wilbur-Ellis experienced significant growth in seed sales, thanks to our ability to adapt to weather-related planting delays and provide an adequate supply. In a recent CropLife article, our Vice President of Seed Technology, Tracie Gogolin, highlights how this growth was driven by weather conditions. As we move into 2025 and beyond, Wilbur-Ellis remains committed to delivering cutting-edge seed technology and supporting our growers through every challenge. In just over a decade, Wilbur-Ellis has proudly raised over $80,000 for breast cancer research! At the recent Chester Lady Flyers' Dig Pink Night, our employees had the honor of presenting checks and connecting with breast cancer patients and survivors. Jim Reiff, who started this initiative, was inspired by the Lady Flyers’ commitment to breast cancer awareness. Thanks to our Start Strong Stay Strong Pink Seed Program, we donate a portion of our seed treatment sales to organizations like the Edith Sanford Breast Center, Team of Angels, and Liberty's Troops—all dedicated to fighting this cause.
