Calling our Women in Games community in Italy! This Saturday (March 8th) GAMM Game Museum will celebrate International Women's Day in partnership with Women in Games Italia. The event will feature a panel discussion focused on female leadership in the gaming industry. Speakers include Cristina Nava (Executive Producer at Day4Nights), Eleonora Lucheroni (Senior Associate Producer at Ubisoft Milan), Micaela Romanini (Founder of WIG Italy),?and Marco Accordi Rickards (Director of GAMM). After the panel there will also be a book signing of Donne e Videogiochi: Una Questione di Genere, giving attendees the chance to meet the authors and explore the themes on a research perspective. The museum will also feature special initiatives, including discounted entry for women and a thematic path in the HIP Historical Playground, exploring the evolution of female characters and impact in video games. This event provides a valuable opportunity to delve into topics of gender inclusion and the role of women in shaping the gaming world also through the activities of Women in Games.
