WIFS Nor Cal is a local (and virtual) chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). WIFS National is an organization focused on and dedicated to the attraction, development and advancement of women in the industry. At the local level, WIFS Nor Cal's mission is to help women in our network to make more money, have more fun of both! This is achieved by relationship and skill building through educational content, mentorship and social events. Our monthly meetings are held via Zoom, so they can reach members anywhere. Mentorship happens through National with two annual programs, Power Start (January-May) and Strong Finish (July-November) and at the local level through connection outreach. Our regional social event provide a space and time for members to bring a guest for introduction or just to get to know the ladies in your local community.
