Women own one-third of businesses worldwide, yet many still face barriers that hold them back. Women in Digital Business—an initiative by the ITCILO, the International Labour Organization, and Microsoft—has equipped 30,000+ women in 40 countries with the digital skills to overcome these challenges and grow their businesses. ???????????’????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????. The Women in Digital Business Initiative (WIDB), a partnership between Microsoft, International Labour Organization (ILO), and ITCILO (the training arm of ILO) is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs with essential digital and AI skills, especially in remote areas.
