We were so proud to celebrate WSU's Spero graduation with 5 of The Women's Network's Fall 2024 graduates. These women showed up everyday to do the work in our program, took advantage of the opportunity to be part of Spero's first class and are launching into new careers! We were excited to have Fidelity Bank / Oklahoma Fidelity Bank in the house yesterday! They conducted mock interviews with our Employment Program participants. Seven of their busy managers took time out of their day to provide valuable feedback to our participants, who will be looking for jobs next month. Now, our women feel more confident about the interview process, understand more about the kinds of roles in banking and are inspired by the encouragement they received!
