Licensed in 2015, Nichole had always been interested in real estate, but it wasn’t until she was working at a car rental company at the airport that fate stepped in. A top-producing agent came through, made an impression, and inspired her to get licensed. Nichole passed and she’s been making moves ever since! Fast forward to 2024, and Nichole is busier than ever, closing 24 transactions last year and contemplating her next big step—should she build a team? ?? While still a solo agent, she’s not alone.
