NTDs are a diverse group of 21+ diseases that affect more than 1 billion people and widespread in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the world. These diseases blind, disable and disfigure people, taking away not only their health, but also their chances of staying in school, earning a living, and sometimes even being accepted by their family or community. Medicines Development for Global Health is on a mission to help eliminate these diseases by developing new medicines.
