This investment will empower us to significantly improve our internet services, support the rollout of advanced fiber infrastructure, and pursue more strategic acquisitions into new areas of Northern Utah and Southern Idaho. Our CEO, Mike Crapse, stated, “This partnership preserves our majority ownership of our local company, allowing us to continue doing what’s best for our customers and have the funds to build better infrastructure. We look forward to continuing our Fixed Wireless Access buildouts to reach the rural areas with better services. We're excited to announce our acquisition of Tristate Wi-Fi, bringing a new era of connectivity to the Tristate area of Arizona, Nevada, and California! As part of this partnership, Tristate Wi-Fi will now be known as "Tristate Wi-Fi by Wi-Fiber." This collaboration will significantly upgrade the region's internet service, including introducing fiber infrastructure to improve speeds and reliability for residents and businesses. Chris Kilbourn, our Chief Marketing Officer, stated, "This is a great opportunity to upgrade the internet experience for our customers in the Tristate area while preserving the personal touch and local experience that define us." Our team is committed to a seamless transition with no disruptions to current services.
