?? Curiosity Leads the Way! At iXplore, we believe career exploration should inspire curiosity, excitement, and possibility. During our recent soft launch, students showed us just how powerful this approach can be: ?? More than 90% of students said the experience made them feel curious, happy, or excited about exploring careers in MedTech and advanced manufacturing. ?? Nearly 60% of those responses were from students who said the experience sparked curiosity—the first step toward discovering what’s possible. OrthoWorx, Inc. and Indiana-based #tech startup iXplore are using virtual reality to introduce Hoosier students to careers in #orthopedics in the Orthopedics Capital of the World. By combining technology with real-world career exploration, the initiative provides students with an immersive, first-hand look at #manufacturing roles and even allows them to launch a virtual orthopedic #startup.
