Sunil Kumar is our Executive Assistant, Podcast Producer, and Social Media Event Management Specialist. He ensures we’re consistently delivering valuable content and hosting outstanding guests on the "Lead Different!"?Podcast. Sunil’s dedication and expertise keep our messaging impactful and our community engaged. Brenda Cisneros-Fernandez is the newest addition to the team as our Chief Optimizer. She has already made a massive impact by creating seamless support systems that keep us on track with big-picture goals while ensuring we meet our daily objectives. Brenda’s efficiency and focus are invaluable. And then there’s Nikki Ortiz, M.S, our Compassionate Operations Officer. She’s the glue that holds us together, a master of organization, and the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Nikki’s ability to step in wherever needed, polish drafts, and bring visions to life is nothing short of remarkable. Together, this team has helped make 2024 a year of growth, creativity, and impact. We couldn’t have achieved all we’ve done without their talent, hard work, and belief in our mission. #WHYNOT Celebrate Lifelong Friendships? This week, I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on the incredible impact Gary Sanchez DDS has had on my life and career. Gary and I have known each other for almost 30 years, sharing countless memories—including plenty of rounds of golf where the competition and conversation were equally meaningful. Over the years, our friendship has grown into a mentorship that has profoundly shaped my journey. As the founder and creator of the WHY.os Discovery, Gary has been a constant source of inspiration and knowledge. During my four years at WHY Institute as the Chief Growth Officer, I had the privilege of working in the office next door to him, where he generously shared his expertise and answered my endless questions. In that time, I conducted over 2,300 WHY.os Discoveries—more than anyone else in the world during that time period — and it was Gary’s guidance that made it possible. His brilliance helped shape my understanding of the WHY.os Discovery and its power to transform lives and leaders. Gary’s generosity didn’t stop there. During our final WHY Not Wednesday! Podcast episode, he gave me a rousing endorsement and a generous parting gift that helped launch WHY NOT Leadership. For years, Aidan and Isabella have been the dynamic force behind the Marketing and Operations at WHY Institute, making everything run seamlessly.
