WHY Architecture are delighted to announce they have been selected as the design partner of the Musée du Louvre to imagine the museum’s newest department. Working in collaboration with the Paris-based BGC Studio, WHY Architecture was unanimously selected by members of the international scenography competition jury to design the Louvre’s new department dedicated to Byzantine and Eastern Christian Art. Additionally, WHY Architecture and BGC Studio will complete a total renovation of the Roman Antiquities trail at the Louvre.
