An ANA Multicultural Conference Dinner at Carbone became a quiet yet transformative moment of connection and purpose. Hosted by Pauline Malcolm of BrandStory Architech and me, IMANI LANERS of Zeta Global, this intimate gathering brought together some of the most brilliant minds in marketing to share not just a meal, but a mission. As the conversation flowed alongside the iconic plates of spicy rigatoni, a remarkable think tank emerged. The topic? How to drive meaningful impact and profitability by authentically embracing and engaging audiences through their cultural identity. In a world where consumer behavior is increasingly defined by values and representation, this dinner was more than a networking event it was a masterclass in intelligence and collaboration. Proof that the most powerful ideas are born in moments of genuine connection around the table.
