Wholly Kicks is a non-profit organization whose presence in Aurora, Colorado, and the Denver Metro area, exists for the purpose of “walking with” those in impoverished areas or those at risk of or, experiencing homelessness. Through the distribution of new shoes and socks, the focus of Wholly Kicks is to mentor and build relationships in “walking with” individuals who find themselves experiencing economic disparity.

Often our events, come with a little surprise. It’s the nature of hosting a traveling shoe store with no real home. We had to switch our location for this one, which also led to us being fenced in by a chain link fence as we were hosting the event in a parking lot. Colfax is a curious place indeed. #worthit #whoyouwalkingwith

The plan I had for the day didn’t happen… It’s the unexpected interactions that always bring me the most joy and life purpose. This wasn’t a convenient shoe drop off for my day of admin work … As we sat on my tailgate he says, “Thank you for just talking to me…” Then Chris grabs my hand to pray for my encouragement and the work of Wholly Kicks to not give up and keep loving the community because it makes a difference to people like it did for him today.. We try to never just hand out a pair of shoes, but genuinely try to connect with every person who chooses one from our organization. Our perceptions,power, and position isn’t what makes us a whole person, it’s our humanity that does. #whoyyouwalkingwith #worthit #youmatter

The @street2life team just finished 312 fresh tees for our volunteers, and for those who want to rep the mission. We love supporting this important nonprofit who provides a training ground for those out of homelessness, addiction, incarceration, and abuse. This place is special and everyone of our tees was touched 3 times just to print, front, back, and add our signature green ?. I love to tell the story of the importance of our tee shirts- our work uniforms embody what we believe about humanity…#worthit #youmatter
