Marching Forth into a Big Year! ?? It’s my birthday!? Another year older, hopefully wiser, and definitely more excited for what’s ahead. March 4th has always felt like a little reminder to march forward—to keep learning, growing, and pushing myself in new ways. And this year, that couldn’t be more true. Not only am I continuing to build and refine the marketing side of our woman-owned business, but in just a couple of months, Jake (our CFO & recruiter) and I will be welcoming our first baby—a boy! ?? It’s wild to think about how much life can change in a year. Working alongside my amazing mother-in-law, Prudence (our fearless founder and recruiter), and my husband has been a journey full of lessons, laughter, and the occasional “how did we get here?” moment.
