Whitsons’ 3rd?Annual Coats for our Communities Drive once again will help #ShareWarmth in the communities we serve. This Enhancing Life Program initiative offers teams throughout the company a chance to give back to their communities by holding coat drives between October 8 – November 22 in support of local non-profit organizations that help people stay warm through the winter months. In partnership with One Warm Coat,?Whitsons?Culinary Group is proud to sponsor #NationalShareTheWarmthDay and launch our Coats for our Communities Drive on this day that inspires people across the country to #sharewarmth with children and adults in need. Whitsons teams have donated almost 1300 gently used or new coats to 26 local non-profits in?the?first two years of this initiative and we look forward to once again making an impact in the communities we serve this year.??

Our teams at Pleasant Valley School District, PA and Easton Area School District, PA were recently recognized as Breakfast Champions as part of the Governor’s School Breakfast Challenge in Pennsylvania. The three-month program encouraged increased participation in the Universal Free Breakfast Program.
