One of the perks of being the new guy is that our restaurant teams don’t know me or what I look like yet. Yesterday, while secretly shopping some restaurants, I encountered exceptional southern hospitality in Macon, GA. The positive energy and radiant smile of this young woman truly brightened my day. When I revealed myself as the new president of their franchise group to recognize her, she was all smiles. Recognizing her efforts in front of her team, I presented her with a special recognition card and a gift certificate to Taco Bell.
