Did you know you can go “low” profile in a new way by shaping EMBRACE to wear UNDER-EAR? You might have seen our very popular OVER-EAR configuration for a quick camouflage, but the UNDER-EAR configuration of the EMBRACE microphone (as deployed by #liveevent specialists White Tie Productions ) is specifically recommended for use in acoustically challenging environments, such as houses of worship or multipurpose rooms with high reverberation. There are a variety of ways to customize the EMBRACE mic precise to your audio needs! The setup shown here involves configuring the EMBRACE as a traditional under-ear boom microphone, which brings it closer to the mouth for improved audio quality. Extending the mic element out of the Earmount can increase gain, and in environments with feedback, using a cardioid mic element with a windscreen is advised to enhance the gain before feedback ratio. This configuration ensures better sound quality in spaces where microphone distance from the mouth is a critical factor.
