We developed an advanced VR app for Meta Quest VR and Pico VR headsets that integrates guided meditation, breathwork, soundscapes, and voice therapy into immersive virtual environments. Meet Nilakanta (Neel) Iyer, he joined White Rabbit in 2018 as a solutions architect and was promoted to Senior Technical Architect in 2021. With a Computer Science and Engineering degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology, we truly value Neel for his outstanding technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong sense of ownership over his projects. His enthusiasm and dedication to his role has greatly benefited White Rabbit Group the past seven years. With 15+ years experience coding as a full-stack developer and backend-focused architect, Neel designs scalable, high-performance solutions for complex business needs. He has optimized systems across eCommerce, on-demand services, CMS applications, and mobile-integrated ecosystems, specializing in distributed, event-driven, and microservices architectures. While his strength is backend and architecture, he also understands frontend and mobile development for seamless integration. Neel is proficient in traditional and headless CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Contentful, and Strapi, integrating them with modern frontend frameworks. Fun facts: Neel has a passion for travel and is on a mission to explore as much of the world as possible. One of the most fascinating places he has visited is Everest Base Camp in the Himalayas. Additionally, Neel cites Edinburgh as a favorite city destination, where its blend of history, stunning architecture, and enchanting atmosphere makes it feel like stepping into another era. Photography is another one of Neel's passions. While traveling, he captures everything he can and has amassed hundreds of gigabytes of photos from every place he has visited. Neel is dedicated to inspiring others and helping them bring out their best. Meet Marschal Bellinger, the Director of our Project Management team here at White Rabbit Group. Marschal’s ability to seamlessly juggle project resources, budgets, and timelines makes him an invaluable leader, consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations for our customers. With a Ph.D. in Plant Cell Biology from the University of California, Riverside, Marschal’s journey has been anything but ordinary. His academic journey sharpened his skills in project management and technical communication. Both tools he now uses to manage projects and our team. Prior to joining White Rabbit Group, he led the development of cutting-edge technologies as a Senior Scientist at a biotech company, even securing funding from venture capital groups. We’re lucky to have him leading the charge for White Rabbit Group’s projects! Fun facts: Marschal grew up in Pleasanton, California, where he fell in love with teamwork and strategy on the soccer field. He’s passionate about traveling, speaks two languages: English and Portuguese, he enjoys live music, and if you’ve worked with him, you’ve probably met his dog, Biscuit. Marschal’s favorite quote comes from Peter Thiel: "Startups operate on the principle that you need to work with other people to get stuff done, but you also need to stay small enough so that you actually can.
