In celebration of Women’s History Month, Patti Santelle, Chair Emeritus/Former Managing Partner, will be moderating a panel for a CLE program on “Career and Client Development in a Hybrid World from a Woman Practitioner’s Perspective,” at Rutgers Law School, Camden Campus, on Wednesday, March 26, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. The panel will address the impact of a hybrid work environment on career and client development and share best practices, tools and resources to support advancement of women in the legal profession. On March 18th, Lina Maria Diaz Gonzalez, Esq., Associate, joined as a guest speaker during Career Day at her high school alma mater, St. John’s the Baptist in Long Island, NY. Diaz discussed her career as a business attorney at White and Williams and offered advice to the students about pursuing a career in law among several classes throughout the day. Diaz also spoke on a "Women in the Workforce Panel," held by one of the school’s societies in honor of Women’s History Month. During the panel, students asked questions about prospective career paths, and how each panelist achieved success in their respective fields.
