The forum began with a breakfast and networking session, followed by welcome remarks from White & Case partner Silvia M. Marchili. John Moore, Head of Latin America and Chairman of Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley, then delivered opening remarks, highlighting the 2025 outlook for the region. The first panel featured influential voices in the fintech sector who explored the rapid growth of fintech in Latin America, discussing innovative solutions, regulatory challenges, and the potential for future investments. Following the fintech discussion, a panel of experts addressed infrastructure development in the region. They provided valuable insights into major infrastructure projects, funding opportunities, and the impact of legal frameworks on development.
