    If you’re thinking, "It’s only October, we have plenty of time," think again! The path to securing top talent for your team in Q1 can be more complex than expected. Here’s why starting now is crucial: ?Multiple Rounds of Interviews – Many roles require more than just two interviews and a site visit, and those could take several weeks to complete, especially with availability gaps. Add in the standard two-week notice once a candidate is hired, and your Q1 start date could easily slip without early planning! ?Holiday Schedules – With holidays on the horizon, your internal team’s availability can shrink significantly (don’t forget about turnarounds and maintenance activities too).
