This year, we showed our appreciation with a special token, a thoughtful gift set, including a purple high-visibility vest. More than just a symbol of safety, it represents our gratitude for their dedication and impact. The smiles and camaraderie shared on this day truly reflect the unity of our team. To commemorate the occasion, our #KGHM Robinson employees gathered for group photos in front of the iconic Battle Born truck—standing together in solidarity and support for women in mining. Our Health and Safety Manager, Nicole Silberschlag, along with our Human Resources Manager, Stacy Johnson, personally thanked many of the women at #KGHM Robinson Mine for their invaluable contributions—not only to our company but to the entire mining industry. From geologists and engineers to operators and executives, women are shaping the future of mining. They continue to break barriers, inspire change, and drive our industry forward. As Polly Alstatt, one of our valued team members, expressed: "Mining has given me a proud heritage, along with providing the means to create a legacy." Brandi Zehr, who has dedicated 11 years to the profession, shared: "I have enjoyed having so many opportunities to grow, learn, and move up in my field." Justine Ealy reflected on her experience: "This collaborative teamwork has really allowed me to grow and develop into the engineer I am today."
