My cat, Gandalf, was fascinated by the collaborative AI learning discussion I hosted today with Egg Strategy at my home. Thanks Matthew Singer and Michelle Ehlinger Miller for joining and sharing. Apologies about the excessive dander. Both Egg Strategy and Muze have been hard at work learning how we can build value for our clients using AI while assuring strict firewalls to protect their intellectual property. One big takeaway for me today was the "B+" problem that Ross McLean always references. In other words, it's easy to get "B+" responses from AI - the key question is how to elevate to "A+". I think we made some headway; the answer seems to be in using a multi-shot prompting approach (we used to just call this 'talking' ??), rather than expecting a single prompt to produce a quality result. We invited AI to join the meeting (using ChatGPT 4.o voice), and it had some honestly helpful builds!
