The first day of spring doesn’t always mean warm weather. Earlier this week, there were bike rides and sunshine, and today, there are snowflakes in the air. No matter the weather, we make the most of every day.

Today is World Social Work Day, and we want to celebrate and recognize the incredible social workers on our team, and those who work with our kids. For the third year in a row, Prana Yoga Center in Grand Blanc welcomed our kids to help enhance their yoga and mindfulness studies. The class led by Nadia Zerka allowed our kids to learn new ways to move into yoga poses, find one’s breath, and be present during meditation. Thank you for this experience!
