WFM Labs is a group of current and former Call Center and Workforce Management leaders determined to dramatically and rapidly improve the customer service experience for customers and employees by developing and sharing disruptive customer service solutions. The delivery of customer service today is broken because it relies on outdated technologies and management practices that have failed to keep pace with the seismic changes that have taken place in the ordering, delivery, and support of products and services over the past two decades. WFM Labs will rewrite the playbook for delivering customer service using powerful AI and Automation technologies to enable people to deliver customer service experiences that will immediately benefit customers, customer service workers, and shareholders.
