On September 19th, we had the honor of hosting University of California, Davis Chancellor Gary S. May and Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg for the Mayor's final State of the City speech at Aggie Square. In his speech, Mayor Steinberg highlighted why he chose Aggie Square:?"I chose to deliver my last State of the City speech here at Aggie Square, because it represents everything I believe a city should aspire to." Aggie Square is a transformative project that has been brought to life by a collaborative team including University leadership, the City of Sacramento, the project team, and community members.?
