?? Today, health centers nationwide are celebrating #NationalRuralHealthDay, recognizing the incredible efforts and partnerships that make healthcare accessible in rural communities. ?? Our Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Health Services provide care where patients live and work. We partner with many growers and use our mobile health unit ?? to remove the barriers to care that many migrant and seasonal agricultural workers face daily. Most recently, our Farm to Fork event in September raised over $41,000 to support these services to provide healthcare for all. #valueCHCs

For over 8 years, Yadira has been a transformative force at Westside Family Healthcare as an Enrollment Specialist, passionately breaking down financial barriers to make healthcare accessible for all. By connecting uninsured people, including Westside Family Healthcare (WFH) patients, to programs that make healthcare more affordable, Yadira's dedication shines brightly. “The best part of working at Westside Family Healthcare is the satisfaction I receive when a patient/consumer shows their gratitude with the assistance I have provided. An example of this happened recently when a consumer was happy that I was able to assist with applying for health insurance for her daughter.” Thank you, Yadira, for making a difference every single day!
