Related Ross held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace with more than 150 attendees marking a significant milestone in continuing to transform Downtown West Palm Beach into a premier business and cultural hub at CityPlace. The two towers will contribute nearly one million square feet of premier office space and incorporate extensive landscaping, public spaces, and street-level activation to connect into the surrounding neighborhood. ? Cleveland Clinic is set to open a state-of-the-art 120,000 SF outpatient facility at 15 CityPlace, which will be integrated with their new hospital campus, creating a top healthcare ecosystem in the heart of downtown. ? "The groundbreaking of 10 and 15 CityPlace represents the culmination of Related Ross' three-decade commitment to creating a dynamic, integrated urban core," said Jordan Rathlev, Senior Vice President of Related Ross. We are proud to announce that The Palm Beaches had record-breaking visitation numbers for 2024. Our destination welcomed an unprecedented 9.9 million visitors in 2024, marking a 4.6% increase over the previous year. This milestone represents our fourth consecutive year of growth since the pandemic and aligns with Florida’s statewide record-breaking visitation. Key visitation highlights for our destination in 2024 include: ? 9.9M total visitors (+4.6%) ? $7.2B in visitor spending (+2.7%) ? $10.5B total economic impact (+1.9%) Several key factors contributed to this achievement, including the continued expansion of international visitation driven by targeted promotional efforts, and increased airlift to key domestic markets. Additionally, the success of The Palm Beaches Collection marketing campaign, strong growth in the groups and meetings sector, and the inaugural Eudēmonia event attracted new visitors seeking wellness-focused travel experiences.
