"Building a New Economy of AI and Human Agents" This presentation explores the evolving relationship between AI agents and human agents in the workforce. While the rise of AI inevitably reshapes many roles traditionally held by humans, we propose that harmonious coexistence is not only possible but essential. By fostering competitive collaboration, AI and human agents can thrive together. Competition drives both to refine their strengths, while collaboration leverages the unique advantages of each, creating outcomes that benefit customers and redefine the future of work.

This morning, while walking my puppy ??, a sudden gust of wind sent a massive tree branch ??crashing down—right in front of us. Thankfully, it landed just ahead, sparing both of us and anyone else nearby. My survival instincts flared, and I shifted into full "risk aversion" mode, quickly crossing the street to what I deemed the safety zone. From my new vantage point, I noticed someone doing the exact opposite. A man approached the fallen branch, now blocking the road, and began wrestling it out of the way. Meanwhile, I—courageous guardian of my puppy—stood firmly planted in my new safe zone, shamelessly spectating. He tugged, strained, and eventually succeeded in moving the branch, clearing the road for everyone else. Then, he simply returned to where he'd been, as if it were just another Thursday. We both embraced risk aversion, but with slight difference: I focused on protecting myself (and my clueless puppy), while he took a risk for the sake of others. His effort left the world a little better that morning. Mine left me with…well, a vivid reminder of my selective courage. Every day gives us a story—funny, sad, inspiring, or, in my case, shamefully humbling. #WeStory believes that whatever the flavor, our life stories are all worth holding onto and sharing, including my shameful morning. ??

Three cofounders, united! After four months as a solo founder, my two cofounders joined me two months ago, bringing a surge of energy and momentum to our journey. Since then, we've made incredible progress and found real excitement working as a team. Recently, we all gathered in Silicon Valley for two weeks of intensive team-building and brainstorming. We shared ideas, mapped out our vision, and strengthened not only our team bond but also our connections with investors. Exciting times lie ahead with this amazing team!
