?? Meet our 2025 School Champion: Blanca Marin Candelario! ?? Blanca's unwavering dedication to the West Modesto Community Collaborative has made a profound impact on local families and has won her this years' nomination as a School GO Champion! As a trusted resource and advocate, she goes above and beyond to support families in need, connecting them to vital resources, and bringing meaningful events to the community. As recent graduate of the Family Leadership Program, Blanca continues to champion equity and opportunity for all in our community. Her tireless efforts and compassionate leadership make her a true community champion! ?? Thank you for all that you do!

This years' Spring Health and Resource Fair was a success! This past Saturday, March 8th, we hosted a wide variety of community organizations to provide free health resources for all ages to our West Modesto community-members. We offered free immunizations, activities for children, free lunch, and free tote bags. We want to give a special thank you to all of our staff, our volunteers, to our community's organizations who provided their time and resources, and to our community members for making this event possible. We are extremely grateful for all of your support!

It's Women's History Month and we're proud to be a women-led organization! This week we're giving a special shout-out to the incredible women in our team who provide Direct Services to our community, and who continuously uplift our community-members. Thank you for all of the work that you do!

The Wellness Center volunteer will assist the Licensed Clinical Social Worker in implementing community engagement activities aimed at increasing awareness, participation, and support for behavioral health.
