The ESCO Technologies Naval team from Globe Composite Solutions, LLC, Engineered Syntactic Systems, Westland Technologies, Inc., and VACCO Industries are attending the Submarine Industrial Base Council (SIBC) Supplier Days and Naval Submarine League (NSL) Corporate Days in Washington, DC. The team heard from Navy leadership on the importance the industrial base plays in the construction of two of our nation’s highest priority programs: Columbia-Class Ballistic submarines and Virginia-Class Fast Attack submarines. In addition, the submarine industrial base met with members of congress to educate our Representatives and Senators on the important role they play in continuing to support funding for these two programs as well as additional funding that will strengthen our national industrial base for the next generation of shipbuilders.
