V. Rich Mansion in White Plains. ???Spectrum gives $40K to Community Action Agency for workforce development ??STAMFORD – The internet, cable TV, and phone provider Spectrum has issued a $40,000 grant to The Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut (CAAWC) through its Community Center Assist to further enhance their workforce development program. ??An executive with Spectrum’s parent company, Charter Communications, described his company’s community work as essential to the local communities it serves. ??Pickleball coming to Yorktown! ??Sportime Pickleball, a division of Sportime Clubs, which bills itself as the largest operator of tennis clubs in the greater New York area and has 23 locations in New York and New Jersey, plans to open a 30,000-square-feet pickleball facility in the Yorktown Green Shopping Center. Sportime plans to have 12 indoor pickleball courts, two party rooms, a lounge, and a fully stocked pro shop.
