With all the warehouses, mills, and heavy equipment required to do what we do, safety is a top priority at Western Milling! You'll never see an employee on site without the proper gear, and our employees work hard to support each other and keep one another safe while operating such complicated machinery.

One of the best things about working at Western Milling is finding unique ways to get involved in your local community. For example, in the 1950s, we sponsored a float for a local parade...and the float we sponsored was for an accordion choir! Have you ever visited (or worked in) the San Joaquin Valley? It is one of the most fertile agricultural regions in the world, which is why we built our first modern feed mill there in the 1980s. This was also in response to the trend of livestock production moving to the area!

It's officially 2025! This new year is filled with opportunity; we hope you succeed in all you do in the coming months. What are your hopes for the new year?
