Western Foods’ state-of-the-art flour mill combines the latest technology with expertise and experience in grain milling, blending, packaging and further processing. Western Foods’ dedicated gluten free facility is certified organic, Kosher, AIB, SQF Level 2, Halal and members of the Non-GMO Project Verified and Whole Grain Council. The organization’s high quality, innovative products consist of blends of rice and ancient grain flours, popped, puffed and toasted ancient grains, organic and conventional rice flours (medium, long grain and sweet), meal, course, fine, superfine, low micro and pre-gelatinized. Western Foods’ new product launch includes almond flour and almond meal manufactured in a separate facility.
