I recently had to have an emergency foot MRI and I cannot say enough good things about Lori, Beth, and Marissa in the MRI suite. A complexity in my medical history created a delay, but they were extremely professional and never once made me feel badly for the additional time my situation created. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited. They introduced themselves, clearly explained the procedure, and checked on me throughout to make sure everything was OK. An especially nice touch was the music provided (and they kindly even let me request what kind). When we arrived Betty at the information desk quickly offered to get a wheelchair as I was on crutches but struggling. I watched these ladies also offer compassionate kind care to other patients and was 100% impressed. Please commend each of these individuals for going above and beyond to offer excellent quality care.

Food insecurity impacts many of our patients and their families. The correlation between lack of access to healthy food and poor health is clear. The Medical Staff graciously donated $10,000 to Good Neighbors in Cuyahoga Falls and ensure those in our area can receive the food and supplies they need.
