The team from SEDALCO Construction Services spent the day at Abilene ISD yesterday, with CTE students at The Lift explaining the construction process and how general contractors have to see the big picture for every project. From project inception, assisting with design, through construction, until they handoff keys to the owner. It was a great day of learning and engagement with the next generation of the workforce. We truly appreciate the time Russ Garrison John Fischer Stephen Matthews spent with the students to help push workforce development in West Texas. #workforcedevelopment #CTE #Abilene #WestTexas #WTAGC
