?? Teen Summer Job Fair: A Success! ?? Our Teen Summer Job Fair was a great success with 35 students participating. The event included speakers, employers, resume help, interview practice, and a panel discussion. Students learned about summer job opportunities and how to plan their next steps for college or career. We started the morning with bagels from Jeff's Bagel Run, who is also sponsoring our upcoming golf tournament fundraiser. A big thank you to CARIERAS FRESH ITALIAN for providing lunch at a generous discount. The City of Winter Garden also opened 7 summer jobs for students in our program, providing valuable experience for our youth. A big thank you to Miss Barbara for coordinating the event, as well as the volunteers and employers who made it possible. We partnered with Easterseals Florida, 4 the Kids Entertainment, Eight Waves, FMI STEM Academy, and many others! We look forward to partnering once again with the Southern Baptist Convention to bring FREE dental care to our community! The free dental week will be March 31-April 4 in the mobile dental unit that will be stationed at West Orange Dream Center. Extractions, fillings, cleanings, and sealants are provided for free to qualified individuals. Thank you to the volunteer dentists, assistants, and hygienists who make this ministry possible. ????
