We doubled down on marketing from a loan officer level, VP ( Producing Loan Officers with a team ) and at a company level with our efforts. Quick highlights… - 1976 Funded Units - $554,842,342 Funded Volume. Record ?? - 58 Wholesale Lenders used ( highest single lender used was 42.2% ) - 449 Loan Originators funded at least 1 loan - 78 Loan Originators funded 2+ million - 182 Loan Originators funded 1+ million Most noteable that I’m most proud of is we did it having fun and building a supportive culture. Independent originators yet caring about each other and trying to help out the next guy that’s betting on themself. ?? Mortgage has been a tough gig for the last couple years but with some grit and hustle you can accomplish big things. ??.

Coming home from an amazing Rocket Mortgage ( TPO ) all access event in Detroit, MI. I’ve come many times and introduced new originators part of our team to the leadership team. With 2.6 billion funded YTD this will be our best year in one of the toughest markets in history. ?? My message was pretty clear about our value proposition as a company. We are NOT here to sponsor every possible loan originator out there. Our goal is to take an experienced consumer direct loan originator and teach them how investing in leads, working with badass wholesale lenders like Rocket Mortgage (TPO) and following our “WCL Playbook” will lead to 3-5x more production than a loan originator sponsored by our competitors that are mainly referral based.
