Of the fifteen individuals selected for the annual NAIOP Prologis Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Young Professionals, our very own Cassie Van Ess, Business Development, was one of the scholarship recipients! ? As part of this honor, Cassie will have the opportunity to earn the NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development and will join fellow recipients at I.CON West in Los Angeles, where she’ll network with industry mentors and leaders from across North America. ? Recently Completed! Sitting on 30.31 acres, this commerce park's Phase 1 includes 3 industrial buildings with ramp-up and dock doors. All buildings are constructed of concrete tilt panels with accent corners utilizing storefront and ACM and feature cutting-edge office and warehouse spaces. The site includes 4 underground storage tanks, a dock area with 7" PCCP, and semi-truck parking. Conveniently located just off Northern Parkway, the project offers excellent freeway access. ? Construction has officially started on our latest shell and site project in Flagstaff! Due to the extremely tight 8-month build schedule; the new 60,000 sf distribution facility features a pre-engineered main structure with a dedicated warehouse and industrial space. Based on the client's timing, this construction type was chosen for speed and the ability to prefabricate items well before contract start. Looking forward to a busy spring and summer. Introducing Tempe Vale! This corporate campus features two elegant office buildings wrapped in glass, stone, and tile, encompassing over 240,000 square feet of space. Anchoring the east and west sides of the site, two expansive parking structures rise three and five stories tall. At the center of the campus, an inviting courtyard features fountains, pickleball courts, a lush turf lawn for recreational activities, expansive shade structures, and ample seating for outdoor dining and corporate events.
