Wesbuilt are happy to share a glimpse inside the recently completed HQ Suites by Sage at 2 Gansevoort Street! As the #GeneralContractor, we delivered these thoughtfully designed, private, and fully furnished suites on the 8th floor. These suites feature a dedicated reception area, conference and meeting rooms, offices, open desk areas, and private phone booths. Tenants also have direct access to shared amenity spaces on the same floor, fostering a collaborative environment and elevating the workplace experience. The #PackardMotorBuilding is returning to its industrial roots! Located in the heart of #LongIslandCity, Wesbuilt are proud to be part of this 200,000 SF transformative project led by Greenfield Partners, LLC and Related Companies. Designed by KSS Architects in collaboration with Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, DeSimone Consulting Engineering and ME Engineers, the project scope includes constructing a spacious loading dock with a canopy, truck yard, freight elevators, and installation of new generators. It also features high-voltage system upgrades, fa?ade and window enhancements, and the renovation of 200,000 SF of interior spaces. We're delighted to share a glimpse of our recently completed high-end, 370-unit student housing renovation in Hudson Yards! This extensive project transformed key areas, including dorms, dedicated study rooms, communal lounges and a spacious dining hall. Originally known as the Webster Apartments, the building has been reimagined to honor its legacy of supporting students and interns while introducing a fresh, modern design.
