Congratulations to the Cloverleaf Local School District in Lodi on the opening of the district’s brand-new middle/high school! The ribbon cutting marks an exciting milestone as part of our Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP) with our support. ELPP allows school districts to “expedite” building construction before state funds are available. The district spends its local funds first, completing some construction and earning credit toward its share of the overall master plan. This credit can be put toward the local share of a future project in the Classroom Facilities Assistance Program (CFAP).
